I had a mesmerizing view of the tea plantations and waterfall from my room, which made my stay unforgettable. The room was small but offered basic comfort, featuring a large balcony and a very comfortable bed. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly, helpful, and efficient. The location was spectacular, surrounded by a beautiful waterfall and valley view. The dining experience was top-notch with excellent food spread. I had the best birthday ever after being upgraded to the Presidential suite, with stunning views of the waterfalls and tea plantations. The room initially was small but provided basic comfort, but the upgrade made all the difference.
